National Federation of the Blind National Convention 2015, July 5 – 10

If You have been around the International drive area, You have probably noticed a large number of visually impaired visitors walking along to sidewalks and eating in the restaurants. That is because the National Federation of the blind National convention is at the Rosen Centre this week. The purpose of the convention is to provide information on services throughout the world and to provide an environment for those visually impaired to gain confidence while participating in skill challenges.

The convention is also providing teaching methods for those that are in the care of the Visually impaired. You might see some visually able People walking with a blindfold on and using the walking stick to “see”.

Below is a visually able Man training to help the blind by being blind Himself for a day.
